Personal Information Protection Policy
Since DCR was established in 1969, DCR has contributed to a development of the community and the company through business activities such as providing information system service, and supporting to build systems as an information service company.
Nowadays, things are just that much more convenient with the development of advanced information communications society, especially significant improvement of information and telecommunications network; we are able to drive information from anywhere at anytime.
On the other hand, the growing risk of leaking information including personal data is becoming a serious social problem.
In the consideration of this situation, to protect personal information properly, observing JIS-Q-15001 as applicable guideline, DCR has established Corporate Internal Personal Information Protection Management System(CIPIPMS) including following protection guideline and also, DCR will continue efforts to make every of DCR people, from executives to colleagues, aware of CIPIPMS and fulfill to perform and maintain CIPIPMS.
Furthermore, responding to the trust of the society, DCR shall fulfill to contribute to the sound progress of advanced information communication society.
1 Collecting, use and provision of personal information
Establishing corporate regulation covering the rule of personal information collection, usage, provision, transfer and control, DCR shall manage to handle personal information appropriately.
2 Implementation of safety measures
DCR shall implement safety measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data or the leakage, rewrite, loss, or damage of personal data.
3 Compliance with laws and regulations
In handling personal information, DCR shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the protection of such information. The Company rules shall reflect all those laws and regulations.
4 Building of a compliance program and continuous improvement
DCR shall build a compliance program for the protection of personal information, and while implementing and maintaining the program, DCR shall make regularly reviews of the program as part of our efforts for continuous improvement.
5 Customer service representative
DCR shall maintain a customer service representative and person in charge of any inquires regarding personal information.
